As of December 11, 2023, construction has been completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a multiple classroom remodel with the following design considerations: o Approximately 4,489 SF of classroom space o The Base Bid will include Classrooms 311, 312, 313 & 314, approximately 1460 SF. o Bid Alternate 01 will be Ceiling Grid and Lights in Room 305, approximately 858 SF. o Bid Alternate 02 will be Ceiling Grid and Lights in Room 307, approximately 848 SF. o Bid Alternate 03 will be Ceiling Grid and Lights in Room 308, approximately 851 SF. o Bid Alternate 04 will be Ceiling Grid and Lights in Room 309, approximately 851 SF. o New Suspended Ceiling Grid o New ACT ceilings o New Lights - with dimming capability and controls o Demo (E) Blackboards, (E) whiteboards are to remain o Floor prep & New Carpet & New Base & New transitions o New paint on walls, (E) metal door frame paint to remain as is o Demo (E) Tack Boards o Asbestos Ceilings o Demo VCT flooring in 311, 312, 313 & 314 - New carpet o Fill in one door at 311, 312 and one door at 313, 314 o Demo divider partition and structure for it at 311, 312 & 313, 314 o Specifications Book Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following locations: State of Idaho Division of Public Works, 502 N. 4th St., Boise, ID 83702 (208) 332-1900 Associated General Contractors, 1649 W Shoreline Dr., Ste. 100, Boise, ID 83702 (208) 344-2531 Blueprint Specialties, 6205 W.
