As of 1/14/22 There were no acceptable bids received for this. Project is on hold. The project Knox County Lift Station Bypass Pumps includes materials, delivery, installation, and startup training required for the furnishing of the (2) bypass pumps and all related equipment. Work of the Project includes the permanent installation of two sanitary backup pumps on concrete equipment pads. Substantially Complete within 180 consecutive calendar days, fully complete the PROJECT within 210 consecutive calendar days Each Bidder is required to furnish with its submission of the fully completed Bid Documents, a Bid Security in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, must be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Those Bidders that elect to submit bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit shall be pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code and in accordance with Section 153.54 (C) of the Ohio Revised Code. Any such letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of the Knox County Commissioners. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit shall be equal to ten (10) percent of the Bid and the Successful Bidder will be required to submit a bond in the form provided in 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code in conjunction with the execution of the Contract. Each Bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, ancestry, or age. The Knox County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities and the right to reject any or all bids or to increase, decrease or omit any item and award the bid to the lowest and best bidder.
