This solicitation is for preventive maintenance and repair services for all Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems at Mount Vernon Developmental Center. Contractor shall provide quarterly inspections, testing, cleaning and preventive maintenance of all HVAC and refrigeration systems as identified through the site visit. The awarded contract will become effective on 7/1/2023 and remain effective two (2) years through June 30, 2025, or until terminated as provided in the contract. The agency and awarded contractor will have the option to renew the contract for up to an additional two (2) years. A site visit is required to view the exact scope of work, at which time potential bidders may review current preventive maintenance schedules and additional requirements.
