The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor and materials required for the installation of a new above-ground fuel tank and fuel dispensing system. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals for the selective demolition, removal and replacement of an existing aboveground diesel/gasoline fuel storage tank, including dispensers, tank penetrations and equipment, pumps, filling stations, tank monitoring equipment, related appurtenances, system component installation testing and inspection, system startup and training, as shown on the Plans and specified herein, necessary to provide a complete, secure, and operable fuel storage and dispensing system. B. Any discrepancies identified between the Plans and specifications should be brought to the attention of the Engineer for clarification. C. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable manufacturers material, handling, installation and testing requirements, and applicable Federal, State, and local rules and regulations. All work on the project must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days after the start date listed on the Notice to Proceed correspondence issued by the Authority. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
