Renovation of an educational facility in Spring Lake, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor shall remove and dispose of two existing 5 ton package units. The contractor shall supply and install two new 5 ton package heat pumps with thermostats. The new equipment shall match the existing equipment voltage and phase. The contractor shall supply new conduit and power wire from the disconnect box or panel to the new unit. The contractor shall install new18 gauge thermostat wire as needed. All duct work shall be sealed with mastic. The duct shall be wrapped and covered with a metal shroud. All work will be done by code. The contractor shall be responsible for all permits and fees. Project shall start on December7, 2021 and contractor shall have 11 calendar days to complete the project, making the final completion date December 17, 2021. Schedule of construction must be coordinated with school personnel.
