Provide labor, materials and equipment for the Parking Deck Structure Repair at the Center for Learning and Leadership located on Garnett Street in Atlanta. Currently, Brown & Root expects this work to begin on or before January 16, 2022 and complete by May 31, 2022. Brown & Root will issue a Notice to proceed after receipt of approval from the Owner. All bids shall be a firm fixed price amount and price should be valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from receiptof bid. If the subcontractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the subcontractor shall pay Liquidated Damages to Brown & Root as specified in the contract documents for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. If Brown & Root terminates the subcontractors right to proceed, liquidated damages will continue to accrue until the work is completed. These liquidated damages are in addition to excess costs of repurchase under the Termination clause. Subcontractor will be required to obtain a payment and performance bond for any award over $100K. Currently, Brown &Root expects this work to begin on or before January31, 2022 and complete by June30, 2022. Brown &Root will issue a Notice to proceed after receipt of approval from the Owner.
