*As of March 3, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. Lewis & Clark Regional Water System of Tea, South Dakota will receive bids for construction for the High Service Pumps and Chemical Feed Improvements Project. The Project is located north of Vermillion, South Dakota at the Lewis & Clark Water Treatment Plant (31474 SD Hwy 19). The Project includes the following Work: Add two new 1,250 HP high service pumps, motors, and VFD's to the existing High Service Pump Station at the Lewis & Clark Water Treatment Plant. Miscellaneous improvements to the CO2 feed, and handling system. All required interior piping, valves, fittings, and equipment. All mechanical, electrical and control equipment necessary to provide a fully functioning facility. Equipment to cool the main pump room of the High Service Pump Station (Bid Alternate No. 1). Process instrumentation and control system. And, Clean-up and start-up services, and all other miscellaneous work required but not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents. Construct and complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents for the High Service Pumps & Chemical Feed Improvements at the Lewis & Clark Water Treatment Plant north of Vermillion, South Dakota. Construction of the project will be on land owned by Owner. The project is in Clay County, South Dakota.
