Reference number : 1542248 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-11-22 Electronic submission accepted: Non Project : Modernization of elevators at 495 rue Loranger, Saint-Jérôme The Office municipal d'habitation de Saint-Jérôme is soliciting bids for the modernization of the elevators located at 495 Loranger Street in Saint-Jérôme. Conditions : For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having their main place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and which have the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1). Bids must be prepared on the forms provided in the bid documents. The bidder must not, during the last two (2) years preceding the date of the opening of the bids, have been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report from the "Owner" or the Service Center representing him. relating to previous contracts. Tender contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The "Owner" does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation or cost of any kind to the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
