Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order by the Mayor of the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, sealed bids will be received for furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to be done in the construction of the following: PROJECT NO. 170030 Gilcrease Museum - Phase 2 - Rough Grading & Public Utilities Bids will be accepted by Flintco LLC. on behalf of the City of Tulsa. Contractor shall call prior to showing up. Contract requirements shall include compliance as required by law pertaining to the practice of non-discrimination in employment. Attention is called to Resolution No. 18145 of August 23, 1988, requiring bidders to commit to the goal of employing on the project at least fifty percent bona fide residents of the City of Tulsa and/or MSA in each employment classification. Attention is called to Resolution 7404 of November 8, 2006, requiring bidders, their subcontractors and their lower-tier subcontractors to hire only citizens of the United States. The City of Tulsa itself is exempt from the payment of any sales or use taxes. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish public liability and workmen's compensation insurance; acceptable to the City of Tulsa, in conformity with the requirements of the proposed contract documents. **Estimate Value given is the Estimate Total Project Value
