The response shall be limited to ten (10) single sided S-A" x 11" pages including cover letter. The TUL 9280 form is not included in the total page count. Your firm, among others, is invited to submit a LOI ISOQ and an Architect/Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire, (Form TUL 9280) found on the City to the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority (TMUA) Engineering Selection Committee to provide Professional Engineering Services for the referenced project. This project scope is completion of an Arc Flash Risk Assessment, evaluating potential hazards associated with electrical systems and equipment in the water and wastewater facilities. This assessment will address lastest OSHA, NFPA including NFPA 70 (E), IEEE, and City of Tulsa safety requirements. The project will ensure proper operation of plant electrical equipment, identify faulty points, and repairs needed to prevent an arc flash incident or injury. Additional electrical design tasks may be assigned. The Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority reserves the sole right to evaluate the submittal, waive any irregularities therein, select candidates for submittal of proposals or reject any and all firms that submitted should it be deemed for its best interest.
