Lancaster High School - 1 Forton Drive Lancaster, NY 14086 Project Description: Project consists of interior and exterior renovations at Court Street Elementary and Lancaster High School. At Court Street, work involves parking lot replacements, sidewalk replacements, lawn and playground work, and associated site improvements including drainage and grading. Building work includes window replacements, masonry restoration, exterior door replacement, ceiling and lighting replacements, flooring replacements, interior painting and wall patching, cooler/freezer replacement, abatement and hazardous materials removals, and miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
