The City of Norwalk is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such. Offeror shall submit 1 original clearly marked on the outside cover page, (4) four copies and (1) one electronic copy of its proposal in a sealed package, addressed as shown above, bearing the Offerors name and address and clearly marked as follows: Proposal for Professional Consulting Services for the Preparation of a Sewer System Management Plan The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals, request additional information or revisions to the proposals, and to negotiate with any or all Offerors.
