Sealed proposals will be received by the AIDT – Alabama Industrial Development Training at the offices of Fuqua & Partners Architects located at 100 Church Street, Suite 700, Huntsville, AL 35801 until 2:00 pm CST on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to State of Alabama in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. General Contractors intending to submit a bid must be qualified to do so. All interested General Contractors must submit a Pre-Qualification Package to the Architect by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. All General Contractors will be notified on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 of qualification status.
