High School Pool repair, including: filtration, pool deck repairs, tile work, ceiling tiles Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General Bid Deadline 12/16/21 Time 2:00 P.M. The project work consists of renovations to the Westfield High School natatorium, including removal and replacement of the existing recirculation, filtration and chemical treatment system located in the pool mechanical room at the basement level and repainting of the diving boards. Add Alternates include refurbishment of the pool deck including cleaning and re-grouting of tiled areas, removal and replacement of the existing suspended acoustic tile ceiling system, removal and replacement of existing pool covers, replacement of existing starting blocks and removal and disposal of existing filters from the Pool Mechanical Room. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building and ancillary on and off site amenities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and site work and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. Where utilities exist within and adjacent to the building and ancillary parking lots, and are known by the Owner, they have been shown on the site plan appearing in, but not restricted to, the exhibits. Connections to these existing utility lines will be the responsibility of the Contractor Renovations to the natatorium including, but not limited to: a. Selective demolition. b. Acoustical tile. c. Painting. d. Tiling. e. Pool recirculation, filtration, and chemical treatment systems. f. Mechanical. g. Electrical. With Add Alternates, the project has an estimated construction cost of $1,792,486.
