The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide service contract to maintain the radio communications and repeater systems throughout the Borough allowing consistent dissemination of information between Office of Emergency Management, Fire & Emergency Service Areas, and Soldotna Public Safety Communications Center utilizing a resilient infrastructure of radio hardware and software. For the purpose of this RFP, the selected firm will be expected to maintenance, repair and make refinements radio system talkgroups as necessary to ensure consistent interoperability between fire departments, agencies, departments, and dispatch systems.
