The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide Summer and Winter Road Maintenance in the Central Region, Units 1, 2, 4 & 10. South Region, Units 3, 4, 7, 8 & 9. West Region, Units 4, 5 & 6. North Region, Unit 1. The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to perform summer and winter road maintenance. Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on April 18, 2022. Questions may be submitted through the online questions and answers section of this bid. Q&A DEADLINE: APRIL 18, 2022 BY 5:00 PM. If my bid is less than $100,000.00, I agree to omit a Bid Bond. If my bid is $100,000.00 or more, I agree to provide a bid bond. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the appropriate place on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may result in the disqualification or rejection of the bid.
