NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, will receive sealed bids for the construction contracts titled Job Order Contracts - Flooring Contracting Services (Class C-15 Contractors) County of San Mateo PROJECTS NOs. JOC-2211 JOC-2212 Bids shall be submitted using forms furnished in the Project Manual(s) and in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, and shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for $25,000. Only one bid per contractor shall be submitted for all contracts. County intends to award two (2) Job Order Contracts for Flooring Contracting Services, JOC-2211 and JOC-2212. One (1) contract will be awarded to the successful lowest bidder and one (1) to the second lowest bidder. There is no Minimum Contract Value for each Job Order Contract. The Maximum Contract Value for each Job Order Contract is up to $2,000,000. The Contractors will not be issued Job Orders which in total exceed the Maximum Contract Value.
