There is no Minimum Contract Value for each Job Order Contract. The Maximum Contract Value for each Job Order Contract is up to $5,000,000. The Contractors will not be issued Job Orders which in total exceed the Maximum Contract Value. The apparent lowest, responsive and responsible bidder shall be selected for consideration for award of each JOC contract, but will be excluded from consideration for each successive contract. The County reserves the right to award up to five (5) individual contracts for General Construction: JOC 2201, JOC 2202, JOC 2203, JOC 2204, or JOC 2205. One (1) contract will be awarded to the successful lowest bidder, one (1) to the second lowest bidder, one (1) to the third lowest bidder, and so forth Bids shall be submitted using forms furnished in the Project Manual(s) and in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, and shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for $25,000. Only one bid per contractor shall be submitted for all contracts
