The City of Redwood City (City) Public Works Services (PWS) Department is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide vector control services for the City's sanitary sewers and creeks. Additional details are provided in the NIB document. The City of Redwood City, California ("City") is soliciting bidsfrom qualified pest control companies ("Contractor," "Bidder") to provide rodent and cockroach control services for the City's sanitary sewers and creeks. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and perform all work necessary to provide the complete Scope of Services as described in Attachment A. Deadline for questions / clarifications March 30, 2022 Answers to questions released April 6, 2022 Successful Bidder Notification* April 2022 Contract Award* May/June 2022 Notice to Proceed* May/June 2022 The term shall be for a one (1) year period from the date the effective date of the contract. The contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional two-year terms after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City. The City shall notify the Contractor in writing of the intent to extend the contract.
