A timeline for award has not yet been established.**  The work consists generally of renovating existing office space to accommodate new office layout including new individual offices as outlined in Project Drawings. Work will include rerouting and connecting all electrical, mechanical, and fire sprinkler systems to meet code requirements and as outlined in Project Drawings. Work shall be completed within [90] Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. City may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids A California Contractors State License Board "Class A or B" contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. This Project is subject to prevailing wage compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. PAYMENT BOND: If the Project described in Document 00 1113 (Notice Inviting Bids) involves an expenditure in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), the successful Bidder must file a payment bond with and approved by City prior to entering upon the performance of the Work, in accordance with Civil Code Section 9550, et seq.
