his Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is issued by KGS Group on behalf of the WCRM158 Wastewater Management Authority Inc. ("WWMA") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Wastewater Expansion Program Phase 1B Irrigation, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The successful respondent will be selected in this competitive process for the role of Prime Contractor (as defined by the Saskatchewan Employment Act), completing all upgrades related to Phase 1B Irrigation of the WCRM158 Wastewater Expansion Program, as described in Appendix A. These upgrades include repair of existing irrigation screen intake, removal of an existing fence and clearing and grubbing of trees and vegetation, re-programming of an existing pivot to increase application area, supply and installation of irrigation supply piping including tie-in to existing irrigation supply piping and carrier pipe for road crossing, supply and installation of a new irrigation pumping system including pump, motor, piping and valves, power supply, instrumentation and controls, supply and installation of one new complete irrigation pivot and associated equipment, and all associated electrical, mechanical, and civil work to support the above noted systems and equipment.
