Renovation of a medical facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,584-square-foot medical facility.
The scope of this project is limited to approximately 2,584 SF of interior renovations inside the Wake County Human Services Sunnybrook Center. The project construction scope will include the interior renovation a conference room and toilets facilities on the second and third floor. The toilet room work shall consist of the complete interior finish replacement, new toilet partitions, ADA modifications, and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. The project scope will also include minor site electrical & plumbing work. Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 00900 of the Project Manual. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Please be sure to read the schedule of work hours provided in the specs. . Last day for questions shall be November 29th , by 5:00pm. Addendum #1 & #2 have been issued.
