Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to November 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The WOW Trail Board in conjunction with the City of Laconia is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from interested consulting firms, licensed to do business in the State of New Hampshire, for professional Engineering Design and Consulting Services required for the design of sidewalks, signage and roadway striping as outlined in the Opechee Loop Routing Study document of July 30, 2021 by VHB, Inc. The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions, to waiver technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept, in part or in whole, any submission that it deems, at its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the City of Laconia. The City also reserves the right to cancel this Request for Qualifications at any time for any reason.
