Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Parksville, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Parksville is requesting expressions of interest from interested parties for renovations to the Parksville Community Centre to establish dedicated licensed childcare spaces and provide enhanced community use spaces. This RFEI is intended to shortlist multi-disciplinary teams with which the City may begin negotiations for the project. The City has partnered with BGC Central Vancouver Island to operate the Parksville Community Centre. We are seeking a multi-disciplinary team to plan, design, construct, and complete the required renovations by June 3, 2022. The finished space will meet Island Health childcare licensing requirements, be responsive to the identified needs of BGC Central Vancouver Island, and provide flexible usage space for the community and Emergency Management Oceanside. Award amount was not released for publication.
