Scope of Project A – Campsite Relocation: This project will provide approximately four (4) cabins, necessary amenities, utility connections, and upgrades to cabin access road. This is to include the cost of the following: • Four (4) modular cabins (#1 – #4), including transportation, placement, and connection • Amenities and landscaping for Cabins 1 – 4 as delineated on sheets L2.0, L3.0, & L4.0 • Utility connections shall include work for the sewer installation for all cabins (C7, C8, & C12 – C14), water utility installation (C9 – C11) Notice to Contractors • Site and road work associated with Cabins 1 – 4 and Camp Host per Scope of Project B – RevGen Cabins: This project will provide the remaining cabins, #5 – #11, and the necessary infrastructure and site amenities to complete the project. This is to include, but is not limited to, the cost of the following: • Mobilization and Demobilization • Clearing and Grubbing (C02) • SWPPP costs • Grading (C03 & C04) • Site and road work associated with Cabins 5 – 11 per sheet C06 • Electrical work per sheets E01 – E31 • Seven (7) modular cabins (#5 - #11) • Remaining site work and installation of amenities associated with the landscape sheets (not including L2.0 and L4.0) • Liquid propane gas infrastructure per sheets P0.1 – P5.2
