Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merced, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed includes but not limited to the grinding and disposal of asphalt paving, Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), installation of 3-inch asphalt paving, ADA ramps, sidewalk, water and storm main, curb & gutter, bus pullouts, residential and commercial approaches and traffic markings. Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, City of Merced Standard Designs and the Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed. The project is located on B Street between Childs Avenue and East 15lh Street in the City of Merced, California. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. As of February 4, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. Construction is underway. All trades are let. The project will be a total of 80 working days.
