Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Merced, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, Demolition and removal of the indoor generator room at Well Site 3 and construction of a new outdoor generator site. Well Site 10R2 has an existing outside generator that will need to be removed and replaced with a new generator per the contract drawings and Electrical Specifications. Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Drawings and Technical Specifications Plans, City of Merced Standard Specifications and Typical Details, and the Special Conditions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed. The Well Site 3 is located at the Northwest corner of 12th Street and Canal Street. and Well Site 10R2 is at 4250 E. Gerard Avenue along the Kibby Road alignment. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to the City of Merced. The Contractor shall possess a valid CLASS C10, A or B license at the time of submitting bids. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) participation goal is five percent (5%) Contractor shall perform and complete all Work underthis Contract within Sixty (60) working days
