The County of Merced Department of Public Works - Roads is seeking to retain a firm to prepare an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan of the County's crosswalks, sidewalks and curb ramps as well as the Public Works Building A and associated parking lot located at 345 West 7th Street. The response to this solicitation will be in the form of a Proposal. The Department of Public Works hereby notifies all applicants that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or other protected status in consideration for an award. Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Joe Giulian via email at Joe.Giulian@countyofmerced.com. The Board of Supervisors of Merced County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and waive any informalities or irregularities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
