**As of September 25, 2023 this project is being awarded to the apparent low bidder, TBS Contractors .Estimated start date is October 9th. Work as required to add one stockpile modular 72'x40' classroom building (three separate classrooms) atop a permanent concrete foundation. Modular building to be purchased by the District and set in place by Class Leasing LLC. Project to include all associated site demolition, grading, earthwork, concrete foundations, paving, architectural, structural, electrical, irrigation, concrete, landscaping/planting, and other work as necessary or indicated to construct The Project. All inquiries concerning this bid shall be directed to Shane Trump at (916) 446-2466 or strump@ca-dw.com. Bidders shall be licensed California contractors and shall comply with the State Labor Code. Prevailing wage rates are required. A 10% bid bond will be required.
