Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Fishers, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Work includes a New Addition and Renovations to the existing HSE Fall Creek Jr. High School located at 12001 Olio Road in Fishers, IN 46037. The project(s) will be constructed utilizing the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) delivery method for public work. The Construction Manager will contract with multiple First Tier Subcontractors for the Bid items listed below, with bids received on a lump sum basis for each bid item. Each proposal shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the Construction Drawings, Project Schedule, Project Manual and Technical Specifications. The Construction Manager will receive sealed Bids for Bid Package #02 for the following Bid Items of work:Bid Item #03: Site Excavation and Utility Work Bid Item #04: Site Fencing and Gates Work Bid Item #05: Landscaping Work Bid Item #06: Concrete Work Bid Item #07: Masonry Work Bid Item #08: Roofing and Metal Panel Work Bid Item #09: Aluminum Window and Door Work Bid Item #10: Metal Stud, Drywall, Insulation and Acoustical Ceilings Work Bid Item #11: General Trades and Selective Demo Work Bid Item #12: Media Center Existing Skylight Replacement Work Bid Item #13: New Addition Skylights Work Bid Item #14: Painting, Wallcovering and Staining Work Bid Item #15: Porcelain and Ceramic Tile Work Bid Item #16: Carpet, LVT and VCT Flooring Work Bid Item #17: Epoxy Resinous Flooring Work Bid Item #18: Resilient Athletic Flooring Work Bid Item #19: Locker Work Bid Item #20: Classroom and Science Casework and Tops Work Bid Item #21: Press Box Work Bid Item #22: Fire Protection Work Bid Item #23: Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC Ductwork and Temperature Controls Work Bid Item #24: Electrical, Fire Alarm, Communications and Technology Work Bid Item #25: Signage Work All subcontractors must be pre-qualified prior to submission of the bid. The completed pre-qualification forms with attachments shall be submitted to Misael Ramirez by 5:00pm Tuesday, November 16, 2021. Completed forms may be emailed to Misael Ramirez or a hard copy delivered to Hagerman's office (10315 Allisonville Road) in a sealed envelope. Financial information will be kept confidential. Pre-qualified subcontractors will be notified of approval by 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount may be required of the successful bidder. Bidders will provide a cost for this bond on the bid form. The Contractor and subcontractors shall fully comply with all the E-Verify requirements set forth in Ind. Code 22-5-1.7.and background checks All Contractors shall comply with OSHA and IOSHA rules and regulations regarding Safety for this project and all contractors shall abide by the 2020 Hagerman Safety Manual. The safety manual can be found accessible using password "safety." All Bids shall be submitted without inclusion in the bid price for the amounts, if any, of Indiana State Gross Retail and Use Tax (generally called the "Sales Tax") for materials and properties that are to be purchased by the Bidder that will become a permanent part of the Project. Owner will provide a tax-exempt form.
