Renovation of a municipal facility in Elko, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, removal of vault door, construction, utilities relocation and includes two alternatives. The Elko County Commissioners may award a contract to the successful bidder at a regularly scheduled meeting on December 15, 2021. Please enter through back door of building. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, indicating the subject item of bid enclosed. A bidder shall possess a valid contractor s license pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 624, at the time of submitting a bid. The acceptance of any bid by the Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter known as the OWNER, shall be contingent upon the bidding party submitting a performance and payment bond prior to signing a contract. The successful bidder will be required to comply with N.R.S. Chapter 38 Public Works Projects. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The right is reserved by the Board of County Commissioners to reject any and all bids or to accept such bid as deemed best by said Board, and to waive any technicality in the bid form of the bid.
