Renovation of an educational facility in Elko, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This is a prevailing wage project. Install a new coverboard and single ply system over existing standing seam metal roof system. Labor Commissioner #: EL-2022-456 SPWD Project #: 22-B025 Estimated Cost Range: $300,000 - $400,000 Liquidated Damages: 1% Special Considerations: We are requesting that construction starts the first week of April 2023 while the 2023 Spring Semester is in session. There will be a section of nearby parking lots reserved for staging. The building getting the new roof will have to remain open and accessible to all students, faculty, staff, and visitors during business hours. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability, and Builders Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "April 3, 2023" and shall be fully complete by "June 30, 2023."
