This includes excavation, bedding, laying pipe, tracer wire, disinfection, backfill, restoration/ seeding and all necessary work, materials, labor and equipment to complete the item. 1" and 2" tap - This item includes tapping the main, providing the materials, parts, equipment, labor, notifying the businesses of when they may not have water and any necessary work or materials to complete the item Remove and Replace Hydrant - this item includes excavation, removal of hydrant assembly, installing the new hydrant assembly, 8" x 6" x 8" tee, valving, thrust blocking, tracer wire, and all work, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the item Remove and replace pavement - this item includes saw cutting, removal and replacement of pavement with 8" of concrete or asphalt to match abutting pavement, reinforcing steel (dowel bars), backfill and compaction, all work, materials, equipment and labor to complete the item.
