In accordance with FAR 36.204 the disclosure of magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is to Replace Mechanical System, Reconstruction ERA National Historical Park. Replacement of the existing HVAC that is beyond the expected life cycle. This project will design a new, more efficient , and properly sized Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Unit (HVAC) with dehumidification, and replace duct work. The Work includes: Protection of the existing historic structure and features throughout the Work; Removal of existing HVAC system and installation of new HVAC system; Electrical work associated with new HVAC system; Removal of existing fence surrounding outdoor HVAC unit and installation of new fence; Removal of existing below-floor insulation and installation of new insulation at the underside of the existing floor structure; Mold remediation (Biocide treatment) of the building interior; and other related Work as indicated in the Construction Documents to provide complete replacement of the HVAC system. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for the Replace Mechanical System, Reconstruction ERA National Historical Park, Beaufort, SC., In Accordance With Specifications and Drawings.
