DASNY is soliciting bids for the Building 5 Roof Replacement and Hazardous Materials Abatement project at Central NY Psychiatric Center. Project scope includes, but is not limited to, complete removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roof areas, asbestos abatement, wood blocking, asphalt shingles, polyiso insulation, ventilated panel system, copper valleys, snow slides, copper gutters and downspouts. One General Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $300,000 - $350,000. All individuals who plan to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person will be required to complete and present a DASNY Visitor Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire, present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening.
