Plans call for The Tech Barn at Marcy Nanocenter proposes design and fit out of the first floor commercial space, as well as bringing infrastructure from River Road in the south. Necessary infrastructure includes fiber, water, gas, electric, and sewer. The project is a vibrant, mixed-use development opportunity that will support the high-tech ecosystem established by Cree Wolfspeed in Marcy.
