Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bentley Community School District through Progressive AE, the Architect, is soliciting bids for Ventilation and Emergency Power Upgrades for Summer 2022 work including install of new roof top units, install of new vertical unit ventilators, new duct work, and infills around vertical unit ventilators. Individual Prime Contract bids will be received for work as delineated in the Project Manual and Bids and Construction Drawing Set. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the School District's best interest, and the School District may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice.
