Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the "as needed" purchase and delivery of no-lead brass water meter fittings, as per the specifications contained in the attached Bid Document and Price Sheet. No separate schedules, agreements, terms, conditions, etc., shall be recognized or accepted if not submitted with the response to this solicitation. Bidders shall note that pricing methodologies, cost and fee proposals, and any other response information related to pricing shall not be considered confidential information. All information in a bidder's proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no.442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof.
