Replacement for like-in-kind building structures and building components that was damaged by Hurricane Laura. Project involves work to restore the Calcasieu Emergency Response Training Center back to pre-disaster conditions. Alternate No. 1: (Replace one fire pump & provide new emergency generator) The project also involves non-disaster related upgrades to the larger Pump House that has 2 pumps, such as the following: a. Replace the existing fire pump (250 HP) and fire pump controller including piping, valves, etc. b. Provide new electric unit heaters. c. Provide new 3-phase service. d. Provide new electric service for replacement of the fire pump controllers. e. New light fixtures. f. Provide a new emergency generator (250 kW). CALCASIEU PARISH POLICE JURY LOCATED AT: 1601 HOLLBROOK PARK ROAD SULPHUR, LA 70663 For the Calcasieu Emergency Response Training Center Hurricane Repairs Project (DB-2021-FM-149), which may be utilized as part of a federal reimbursement grant for a federally declared disaster. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work shall be completed on or before TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
