Aviation Fuel System Improvements All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The Owner may reject all bids and cancel this solicitation should adequate funding not be secured within 30 days after bid opening. This project is for the procurement and installation of a new elevated 12,000 gallon aviation jet A fuel tank with dispensing system on a concrete fuel pad to include all electrical work all installed and in operation. The additive alternate project number one project is the procurement and installation of a new elevated 12,000 gallon aviation fuel tank with dispensing system. The additive alternate project number two is the demolition of the existing fuel tank and dispensing system. The additive alternate project number three is the construction of a concrete fuel truck parking pad.
