Construction of a concrete sludge thickener, concrete chlorine contact basin, and conversion of an existing chlorine contact basin to an aeration basin. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond from a surety company holding a permit in the State of Texas for an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas.
