The appurtenances include but are not limited to: T - 1) Equipment Skids: T - 1.1) Boiler Recirculation Pumps and Motors T - 1.2) Feedwater Pumps and Motors T - 1.3) Condensate Forwarding Pumps and Motors T - 1.4) Condensate Storage Tank Heating Pumps and Motors T - 1.5) Chemical Feed Pumps and Motors T - 1.6) Blowdown Tank T - 2) Electrical: T - 2.1) 13.8kV Boiler power feed from the Unit 2 GSU T - 2.2) Protective relays T - 2.3) Equipment Power feeds, Switchgear, Circuit breakers T - 2.4) Cables and conduits T - 3) Mechanical: T - 3.1) Valves (Operation, Relief, Check, Maintenance, I&C, etc) T - 3.2) Piping and Insulation T - 3.3) Expansion Joints, T - 4) Instrument and Controls: T - 4.1) Control Valves T - 4.2) Tubing, piping, manifolds and blowdown valves. T - 4.3) Temperature Elements, Pressure Gauges, Flow Indicators T - 4.4) Transmitters T - 4.5) Interconnection to Facility Distributed Control System All associated Work at the District's North Omaha Station shall be in strict compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Contractor's operations shall be conducted in such a manner as to reasonably minimize interference with the normal operations of the District which must continue during the progress of the Work. The continuous use of areas adjacent to the location of the Work by the District shall not become the basis of any additional claims or allowances. The Work is described in Exhibit A.
