The City of Omaha invites proposals for Construction Manager at Risk services for renovation and tenant improvement work associated with the relocation of the Omaha Public Library For more information and/or to receive a proposal bid package, please contact Tarna Kidder, Owner Representative at 402-496-1616. The project consists of two elements requiring construction services located in District 3; Omaha, Nebraska: i. tenant improvements of ~30,000 SF in a leased facility located at 1401 Jones Street including full interior construction and associated finishes as well as MEP systems distribution supporting the improvements; AND ii. tenant improvements of ~60,000 SF in a 90,000 SF leased facility located at 84 th & Frederick Streets including selective demolition, minor interior construction, and updates to finishes and the MEP systems.
