Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ashdown, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Construction Management Services for Little River County, Arkansas. This project is for the construction of a courtroom and multi-use facility adjacent to the new Little River County Detention Center. This projects will be funded with federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Successful firms will be required to have an active SAM.gov registration. A selection committee appointed by the County will conduct an evaluation of all proposals submitted in response to the RFQ. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Package will list the requirements to be submitted to requesting parties. The proposal receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process will be offered the contract. The County will notify all unsuccessful offerors of the contract award once contract negotiations have been completed. Contracts related to this project are subject to Federal restrictions and approval.
