This acquisition is to provide one (1) non-personal services contract for operation and maintenance service within the area of responsibility of the Millwood Lake Project Office. Place(s) and date(s) of performance: Delivery shall be made to Millwood Lake Project Office, 1528 Highway 32E, Ashdown, AR 71822. Dates of performance will be as follows: Base Period - Date of Contract Award - 31 AUG 2024 Option Period 1 - 1 SEP 2024 - 31 AUG 2025 Option Period 2 - 1 SEP 2025 - 31 AUG 2026 Minimum Guarantee: The guaranteed minimum is $10,000.00 and is for the base period only. There is no guaranteed minimum for the option periods, if exercised. Quotes are due no later than Monday, September 25, 2023, at 10:00 AM CDT. Only quotes submitted via email will be accepted. Submission format shall be .pdf form and emailed to sarah.n.hagood@usace.army.mil. Please ensure the solicitation number, W9127S23Q0050, is written in the subject line of your email. *A0001 adds an organized site visit on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM CDT. Parties will gather at Millwood Lake Project Office, 1528 Highway 32E, Ashdown, AR 71822.
