Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and municipal facility.
The City of Rochester Hills & AUCH Construction will receive firm subcontractor bids for the Borden Park Office located at 1400 E. Hamlin Rd., Rochester Hills, MI, 48307 and Innovation Hills Park Ranger Station located at 2800 W. Hamlin Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48309. Site Work, Utilities, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical work will be performed at the new Borden Park Office Building and the new Innovation Hills Park Ranger Station. The bidding documents consist of plans and specifications as prepared by H2A Architects, 9100 Lapeer Rd., Suite B Davison, MI 48423. Complete sets of documents will be available to download through the Pipeline Suite. A copy of the documents will also be available for review at the offices of the AUCH Construction, 65 University Drive, Pontiac, Michigan, 48342, 248-334-2000, on or after November 11, 2021 The City of Rochester Hills reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive therein. City of Rochester Hills reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the City. - Insurance Required
