Pecos St., Federal Heights, CO 80260 is seeking bids from qualified contractors for Bell Roth Park Irrigation Pumphouse Remodel. Project is located at 8650 Zuni St., Federal Heights, CO 80260. Addendums and responses to questions will only be posted on this website. Questions should be directed to sheger@hylandhills.org An existing pump house adjacent to the Complex Irrigation Lake will be remodeled and upgraded. Removal and demo of existing equipment is included. Removal and reinstallation of the pumphouse roof, if necessary, will be included. The existing pump skid will be removed and saved for owner. Any demo debris, except items saved for Owner, and all other construction debris will be disposed of by Contractor. Installation of the new pump equipment is detailed in the RM Pump Specs and Drawings. Included will be the underground connection of the discharge piping to an existing mainline and a main line which will be installed prior to pumphouse remodel. These connections will be in close proximity to the pump house, with exact locations to be determined. Work must be competed and the commissioned pump house turned over to the Owner for use by April 15th , 2022. Liquidated Damages of 500.00 per day will be charged for failing to meet the deadline. Owner is a tax exempt organization and a tax exempt certificate can be provided for purchases. Contractor is responsible for safe guarding the site and all equipment during construction.
