Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Must contact owner directly for the post bid information. Must have a valid TN license. This is phase 1 of the project - Chiller and Tower Repairs. This phase includes retiring and removing Chiller 1 complete with it's chilled water pump, condenser water pump and starter from the system. Chillers 2, 3, and 4 shall undergo the Trane R-Newal process and be provided with a 5 year warranty upon completion. Existing chilled water pump's motors and condenser water pump's motors shall be re-wound for inverter drive duty systems. Existing condenser pump starters shall be replaced and existing chilled water pump VFDs shall be replaced with new VFDs. Air and dirt separators shall be added to the condenser water and chilled water systems for each chiller. Existing isolation valves throughout the plant (in specific locations) shall be replaced to assure bubble tight shut-off capabilities.
