Phase I, Replacement of Grindstone Revetement at Selkirk Shores State Park, Town of Richland, Oswego County, New York The General Work Contract D005911 or "GC" includes all labor, materials, and equipment as indicated in the project manual and the drawings including but not limited to: All clearing, grubbing, and site preparation as required. All earthwork required to perform the work indicated. Installation of heavy stone revetment, and removal of old concrete and sheet piling seawall. Removal of indicated asphalt driveway, and restoration of turfed areas in its place. Construction of new access gate. Construction of new concrete bench pads and installation of benches. Installation of new interpretive signage. Installation of new native stone boulder barriers to parking lot. Installation of new plant material- including trees (Note: shrubs, live stakes and live fascines will be supplied and installed by others). Restoration of all disturbed areas. Other work indicated in the Contract Documents. An invitation will automatically be sent to contract document holders. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amounts as follows: General Contract D005911 : $15,000.00, Fifteen Thousand Dollars & 00/100.
