Renovation of a transportation facility in Belgrade, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 335,363-square-foot, three-story above grade transportation facility.
*Please contact the construction manager for access to the bid results. This is a multi-phased project consisting of a new baggage handling system, new operations rooms, and associated electrical and communication systems. Existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, access control systems will be modified to accommodate the new baggage system. Architectural and structural modifications include demolition, excavation, sawcutting, landscape repair, concrete, precast concrete structural steel, bollards, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, metal siding, doors, frames, hardware, metal stud framing and drywall, acoustic ceilings, floor coverings, painting, division 10 specialties, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, HVAC Controls, electrical, data, access control and security. The work is generally confined to the secure first floor within the new terminal expansion completed in 2020 and the first floor of the airport existing baggage and office areas. All on site personnel are required to pass a background check and be badged by the Airport Authority prior to starting work on site. Badges are scheduled through the Bozeman Airport Authority, not Martel Construction. It is the contractors responsibility to acquire their own badges. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project for the Schedule II scopes indicated.
